It seems that the release window may have been pushed back again, according to the recently updated Steam page for the System Shock remake, which now lists the current release date as March 2023. However, for fans that want to return to the techno-horror of the series, a remake of the original System Shock was announced back in 2016. There were plans for a System Shock 3, but these have since fallen through. The studio acquired the rights to the game in 2012 and re-released it as the Enhanced.
